Trusts

We have experience in the preparation of many types of trusts to meet the individual needs of our clients. We can help you analyze your situation and determine whether you need a simple will or more complex living trusts, including tax sensitive estate planning and estate and trust administration for high net worth families, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and special needs trusts.

Wills

We are able to assist clients with a basic estate plan, which is generally sufficient for most people and is made up of at least three legal estate planning documents: a Will, durable power of attorney and advance medical directive.

Probate and Estate Administration

Our office is experienced in assisting our clients in settling estates under a valid Will or through intestate (no will) succession. We offer friendly, prompt and affordable service in helping you navigate the Oregon probate procedure during this difficult time.

Fiduciary Representation

We have served as trustee, executor, guardian, and conservator for estates and individuals. We handle all aspects of estate and trust administration, and asset management. We have a deep understanding of the responsibilities and complexities of the fiduciary role. We also represent both individuals and trust departments of financial institutions that serve as fiduciaries. We are able to help when fiduciary issues arise in a litigation or pre-litigation context.
